Sarah received their degree in Masters of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services with a concentration in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville in 2022. They currently practice as a Licensed Professional Art Therapist Associate (LPATA) and are under the supervision of Amy Sperber, M.Ed, ART-BC, LPAT-S, LPCC-S. Sarah provides mental health therapy with children, adolescents, and adults and with diagnoses/experiences including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, ADHD, grief, and trauma. They utilize Art Therapy techniques in conjunction with LGBTQ affirming care, Person Centered, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approaches to collaborate with clients in developing a treatment plan and interventions that best fit their needs. Sarah believes that utilizing the creative experience of art-making allows clients to communicate and process their emotions and experiences in a way that cannot be achieved with verbal communication alone.
Kylie Meyer received her Masters of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services with a concentration in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville in 2018. Kylie is currently a Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT) and National Board Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC). She provides individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Kylie has experience working in a supportive role with individuals who have been diagnosed with various mental health disorders, such as mood, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders, as well as intellectual and developmental delays. Kylie implements person-centered talk and expressive art therapy techniques, as well as motivational interviewing strategies in her practice. She also has training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidenced-based approach to treating trauma, along with other mental disorders. As a clinician, Kylie loves to provide a safe, warm, and inviting space for her clients to learn and grow, while fostering a strong therapeutic relationship that supports her clients in learning new coping strategies, expressions, and tools to empower themselves. Kylie loves drawing and painting, as well as napping and spending hours watching reality television or re-runs of her comfort show, The Office.
Christina Dilley received her Masters of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services with a concentration in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville in 2019. Christina is currently a Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT) and National Board Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC). She provides individual therapy to young children, adolescents, and young adults. Christina has experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm behavior, intellectual and developmental delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Christina uses expressive therapy with a person-centered approach, and Christina often incorporates play techniques into her practice. Christina loves providing a safe space for her clients and building a strong therapeutic relationship to support her clients in learning new coping skills, expressions, and ways to empower themselves. Christina also loves painting, reading, video games, and spending time with her two cats.
Carly has her Master's of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville and graduated in May 2023, and has her Associate Art Therapy license. Carly is currently under the supervision of Amy Sperber, M. Ed, ATR-BC, LPAT-S, LPCC-S and provides individual therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults. Carly works with diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use Disorder, and Adjustment Disorder. She utilizes art therapy, play therapy techniques, and a person-centered approach to help clients identify their strengths and give them the confidence and skills they need to work through their therapy treatment. Carly's approach with art therapy helps individuals shift their unconscious ideas into conscious thought to promote healthy processing in a safe space.
Jessica earned her Master of Education in Counseling Personal Services with a concentration in Art Therapy in 2023 from the University of Louisville. She currently practices as a Licensed Professional Art Therapist Associate (LPATA) and is under the supervision of Amy Sperber, M.Ed, ART-BC, LPAT-S, LPCC-S. Jessica provides therapy to children and adolescents individually and has experience in group-work. Jessica works with various diagnoses including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, and low self-esteem. She utilizes a holistic, person-centered approach as well as art therapy and play therapy techniques to work with clients to achieve their goals. Jessica uses art to provide opportunities for creative self-expression and learning coping skills.
Elizabeth wants any individual of any background to be able to feel safe and welcome to be themselves authentically to achieve healing and growth. Elizabeth received her Master of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services with a concentration in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville in 2024 and currently practices as a Licensed Professional Art Therapist Associate (LPATA) under the supervision of Mandee McKelvey, LPAT-S. Elizabeth primarily focuses on working with adolescents and adults. Elizabeth has worked with individuals with a range of diagnosis’, finding special interest in working with Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, and Level 1 ASD. Elizabeth has experience in working with those individuals who are undergoing grief, have experienced traumas, struggling in their identity development, and those with low self-concept. Elizabeth’s goal when working with a client is to act as a kind force in their clients’ lives to help them to make positive changes in their lives, their outlook, and their thinking. While Person-Centered Therapy is their primary theoretical background, Elizabeth supplements their care approach using some techniques from Solution Focused therapies, Queer Informed and Trauma Informed therapy practices, as well as some basic methods from ACT and DBT.
Jo received her Master of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services with a concentration in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville in 2024 and currently practices as a Licensed Professional Art Therapist Associate (LPATA) under the supervision of Mandee McKelvey, LPAT-S. Jo provides compassionate mental health counseling for adults and older adolescents, with a therapeutic focus on individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as those dealing with challenges related to grief, low self-esteem, mood disorders, eating disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, and OCD. She aims to help others process their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences through a holistic and individualized blend of treatment strategies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. No matter where someone is on their journey, Jo believes in creating a safe, welcoming environment for clients to feel heard, seen, and understood and explore their authentic personhood through the healing
potential of art.
